At Wellness Veda, every order is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay only when the product reaches you. This policy explains how cancellations, replacements and refunds work.

1. Cancel Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of cost any time before it is shipped. Just call or WhatsApp us on +91 7042963819 or email support@wellnesveda.in with your name and mobile number.

2. Refuse at Delivery (COD)

Since you pay on delivery, you are free to refuse the parcel at your doorstep if you no longer want it. No charge is taken from you.

3. Damaged, Leaking, Wrong or Expired Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). After verification, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — whichever you prefer.

4. Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, Ayurvedic and health products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, except in the cases listed in point 3.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Once a refund is approved, it is sent to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 working days. If you paid online, the amount goes back to the same payment method. Delivery charges, if any were paid, are also refunded for damaged, wrong or expired products.

• प्रोडक्ट टूटा, लीक, गलत या एक्सपायर्ड मिले तो 7 दिन के अंदर फ़ोटो के साथ बताएं — मुफ़्त बदलाव या पूरा पैसा वापस।
